- John Collaboration Manager. The goal of the collaboration manager is to help lead the group to interpret objectives of the assignment, identify common goals and sub-goals, and develop a bimonthly or weekly action plan. The collaboration manager will submit the final assignment on behalf of the group to the instructor.
- Ashley Mediation Manager. The goal of the mediation manager is to try to help the group consider all points of view in a critical and scholarly way and then reach consensus on ideas. The mediation manager will recommend possible next steps and guide group decision-making by comparing each of the next steps against objectives for the assignment.
- Crystal Productivity Manager. The goal of the productivity manager is to break down the action plan into specific weekly or daily targets and evaluate work in progress. The productivity manager should ensure that evaluation of the work in progress improves clarity and strengthens conceptual coherence among different sections.
- Phil Communication Manager. The goal of the communication manager is to promote regular discussion and meetings among members and to help group members clarify and elaborate upon their ideas. The communications manager will provide a summary of all the recommended ideas discussed by the group for the assignment on a weekly basis. Weekly summaries will be checked by the group for their accuracy and will submit the mini-assignments (see course evaluation) on behalf of the group.
